Yellow Noodles 200 g
Cucumber ½ pc
Ham 4 pcs
Tomato ½ pc
Egg 1
Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp
Salt A pinch
White Sesame Seeds Optional
Mayonnaise As you like
KIKKOMAN Soy Sauce 4 tbsp
Vinegar 2½ tbsp
Sugar 2½ tbsp
Water 2½ tbsp
Sesame Oil 2½ tbsp
  1. Crack the egg in a bowl, season with salt and beat the egg.
  2. Grease the pan with oil and heat it. Fry the egg in batches to make thin egg crepes. Remove from heat once it is cooked.
  3. Slice the egg crepe, ham, and cucumber  into thin strips.
  4. Slice the tomato.
  5. Cook the yellow noodles and then strain away the water once it is cooked.
  6. Wash the noodles in cold water to remove starch, and then strain again.
  7. Mix sugar, vinegar, water, Kikkoman Soy Sauce and sesame oil in a bowl and mix.
  8. Plate the noodles in a bowl and add the sauce over it.
  9. Garnish with the cut toppings and serve.
