Pork Shabu-shabu and Lettuce Salad

Lettuce 120 g [120g]
Broccoli sprouts 1 pack [25g]
Cherry tomatoes 6 piece(s) [60g]
Pork loin(very thinly sliced) 200 g [200g]
Walnuts 20 g [20g]
Black pepper(coarsely ground) as desired [2g]

KIKKOMAN Less Salt Soy Sauce 1 tbsp(s) [17g]
Vinegar 1/2 tbsp(s) [7.5g]
Sugar 1/2 tbsp(s) [4.5g]
Olive oil 1/2 tbsp(s) [6.8g]
  1. Julienne the lettuce into slightly wide pieces. Remove the roots from the sprouts. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Boil 1 L (4-1/4 US cups) of water in a pot, then add t Tbsp of sake (not included in ingredients) and simmer over low heat. Add the pork while opening the slices up, then when the color of the meat changes, immediately place in a colander and allow to cool.
  3. Serve the lettuce and sprouts and place the pork on top of the vegetables. Mix and pour (A) on top, then sprinkle with walnuts and garnish with cherries tomatoes. Season with as much black pepper as you like.
