Avocado 1/2 piece(s) [80g]
KIKKOMAN Less Salt Soy Sauce 1 tsp(s) [5.6g]
salmon(sashimi-grade) 50 g [50g]
cream cheese 15 g [15g]
red leaf lettuce as needed [3g]
  1. Scoop out the avocado and set aside the peel. Cut the flesh into 1.5 cm (0.6 in.) cubes.
  2. Cut the salmon and cream cheese into 1 cm (0.4 in.) cubes, mix together with the avocado from (1).
  3. Spread out some red lettuce on a plate, place (2) into the avocado peel so that it is spilling out and over, add Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce and enjoy!
